the warmth of the room.

Nora Kessler
Nora Kessler paints in acrylic on canvas and linen from a sunlit studio at the back of her garden, building each piece in slow layers until the surface holds real texture — brushwork you can almost feel from across the room.
Her work sits between landscape and abstraction: fields, dunes, and old farm buildings loosened into color and gesture, never quite resolving into a photograph.
She shows regularly at regional galleries and takes on a small number of commissions each year.
